I was teaching David the rare Hong Cha form called “Fairy Child Praying to the Goddess of Mercy Guanyin.” I have taught only three students this form, the most subtle and beautiful of the 10-odd fist forms I learned from the mysterious Shaolin master Lao Kim (AKA Goon Tiong). Since then David became my teacher in different transmissions. A posture called “Snake Creeps Down” from the Yang Family Tai chi chuan form.
