Teaching in the Philippines
I’ve been teaching in the Philippines for 21 years. I started with a class on Chi Nei Tsang internal organs massage in 1997. Since I have taught Microcosmic Orbit (Inner Smile and 6 Healing Sounds), Tai chi chi kung 1, Iron Shirt 1, and Buddha Palm. I have also taught different Tai chi chuan forms.

I also taught at the acupuncture school in Maui around the millennium. Sadly, the school has closed. There are certain spots in the islands that had powerful Qi. I used to do Tai chi chuan or Qigong to test the energy and vibration in different places. I found that the Iao Needle on Maui and the North Shore on Oahu had extraordinary Earth Qi.

4/30: I received my certificates for attending the seminars on “The 9 Heart Palaces: Wellness and Healing for Practitioners and Patients” and “Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine for the Recovery from Illness” taught by Taoist priest Jeffrey Yuen. The seminars were sponsored by the Maryland Acupuncture Society early last March. Lolit and I drove down to Tinicum, MD, a 4-hour trip. These 2 seminars will probably be the last of the
kind until the Covid-19 pandemic is over or when it is possible to hold them with people in attendance.
COVID-19 and travel
With the spread of CoviD-19 we cannot travel as much now. That is why I am featuring mostly photos from my trips abroad. Before, we were scared of terrorism but that did not stop us from booking a flight to almost anywhere. My plan to take a cruise on the Nile was cancelled by the travel agency 3 times because of political turbulence.
