TITLE: Xing Shen Zhuang Fa –7 CEU’S

Xing Shen Zhuang Fa is a method of mastering the metaphysical, formless spirit, to manifest in a definite shape. In Taoist and Buddhist cultivation this vehicle is the physical body. This particular sequence of 10 movements was codified from several versions. Each exercise focuses on different parts of the spine starting with the cervicals, moving on to the thoracic, lumbar and sacrum. This allows the shen ming or light of the spirit to permeate the physical body. Xing Shen Zhuang has been adopted in Chinese hospitals both as a cure and rehabilitative therapy. The practitioner will be able to grow and nurture the qi, move the qi along the arms and legs and especially spine to the brain, and take care of obstructions in the physical and energy body, thus making for a more effective healing.

Goals and Objectives

To enable the practitioner to learn traditional self-cultivation and healing practices.

To enable the practitioner to share these practices with the clients.

To enable the practitioner to develop a more well-rounded practice and familiarity with different self-cultivation practices of China.
